and 5 weekdays after work to get this thing done. This is phase 1 for me. A total rebuild with new rings, bearings, timing belt, wire harness, clutch line delete, egr, water pipes, prvr, carbon canister, and AIV delete. Also I sanded down and repainted the engine bay ( primer, 2 coats of black, and 3 coats of clear ). I feel like I pulled a rabbit out of my hat. I have two extra pleniums that I am currently polishing. Both are allmost smoothed out. I may powder coat one for her to save on time. At that time I will fix the throttle linkage and springs. I will post pics of the bay when I am done on Friday. Not to happy with the way the paint came out. It was a first time for me working with auto paint and a spray gun. Weather was a little to cold for the clear to set up. When I was spraying the clear coat it looked like cotton candy was flying in the air. Not sure if this was becouse the spray gun was not adjusted proper or because I used the same size tip for everything.
